Notice on Change of Statement Collection Method and Fees
In response to supporting environmental protection and digital development, the company is committed to promoting e-statements instead of postal statements/advices to reduce paper waste consumption. From October 12, 2020, the company will replace the mailed statement with the electronic statement.
If the company does not receive any written objection from your customer before October 10, 2020, it will press your email registered with the company. Mail the statement by electronic mail.
If you wish to continue to receive statements by post, we will charge a fee of HK$20 per postal document. Have The closing fee will be debited directly from the account every month starting from October 31, 2020. If you have not registered your email address or updated your email address with our company, please fill in the “Change Email Address” before October 10, 2020.
